The space
We call our home the House of Suites because each of the 6 bedrooms has its own private en suite bathroom and keypad entry.
Take a swim in the shared pool in the backyard. Set your computer up to work from the desk in your private room or on the shared outdoor patio while overlooking the nature preserve.
The house is a pretty quiet place. The main floor has 2 separate living areas that you have shared access to, a large shared kitchen and shared dining room which overlook the covered shared lanai with pool, hot tub, outdoor bathroom, shower, grill, and sitting areas.
SUITE # 5
All bedrooms are located upstairs so if steps are an issue, this would not be a good fit. Upstairs, you will find Suites #1-3 on the left and Suites #4-6 on the right. The homeowners live in and utilize Suites #1-3 on the left. Any one of Suites #4-6 may be rented to other guests at any given point in time. This listing is for Suite #5.
Suite #5 features a King size bed (with bed bug protective covers), 4 king size pillows, 2 night stands, 2 lamps, charging ports, a bench at the end of the bed to set bags on, a full closet with some hangers available, a dresser, a small table, a ceiling fan, and small table and office chair to use as a desk.
The flat screen HD TV is mounted on the wall and powered by Fire stick. You are free to use any of your subscription services such as YouTube TV, Netflix, Hulu, etc. You will have access to Amazon Prime videos and high speed wifi.
Suite #5 has an attached full bath with bathtub and stand up shower with bathmat. The toilet is separated by yet another door. During your stay, basic toiletries are supplied including a hair dryer.
COMMON AREAS

Several common areas offer time away from other guests when needed:
Upstairs: 2 sitting areas
Downstairs: 2 living areas, 2 dining areas, 1 kitchen, 1 coffee/bar station
Outside: Front porch, pool area, garage
GATED COMMUNITY
The House of Suites is in a private gated community with a guard at the gate 24/7 checking IDs. The driver must have a valid ID and it must match the name on the reservation.
PARKING (1 vehicle allowed for Suite #5)
The maximum amount of cars that can be parked in the driveway at any point in time is 4. The cars must bed pulled in tight and snug not blocking the sidewalk. Vehicles parked in the grass, on the road, or belonging to guests not registered will be towed and the vehicle owner’s expense.
VIDEO SURVELLANCE
The driveway, front door, and pool equipment are all under video surveillance.
Because we primary use the home to rent out individual rooms, we do have 1 camera in the kitchen and 1 in the hallway upstairs. During your stay, the only reason we would actually access them is if there is a reason to do so such as the neighbors, security, or AirBnB has received a complaint for noise, illegal or inappropriate activity. Although this may seem intrusive, trust us, we do not want to sit around and watch people in our home – we have better things to do BUT since it is our home, it is another way we have to help protect the safety of the people, possessions, and the inside of the home should it be needed.
