The space
We call our home the House of Suites because each of the 6 bedrooms has its own private en suite bathroom and keypad entry.
The house is a pretty quiet place. The main floor has 2 separate living areas that you have access to, a large kitchen and dining room which overlook the covered lanai with pool, hot tub, outdoor bathroom, shower, grill, and sitting areas.

Suite 1: King bed, walk-in closet, bathroom with both tub & shower
Suite 2: Twin daybed with trundle, jack & jill bathroom with Suite 3

PETS
Pets are allowed assuming they are well behaved, accustomed to traveling, and not left alone unless left in a cage. Before reserving, contact the host to discuss logistics if needed. Within the community, all animals must be on a leash. Guests must clean up after pet. Any damages will be charged to the guest. Neighbors are requested to report animals not on a leash, the homeowner is fined, law enforcement may get involved if needed, and any fines will be passed on to the guest.
RESORT AMENITIES
As a registered guest, you have access to a game room, gym, and clubhouse Monday through Friday and the pool 7am-7pm. Hours are subject to change. Ask the host about options if you need access to the gym outside of posted hours.
LIVING AREAS
The house is a pretty quiet place. The main floor has 2 separate living areas, a large kitchen and dining room which overlook the covered lanai with pool, hot tub, outdoor bathroom, shower, grill, and sitting areas.
Several common areas offer time away from other guests when needed:
Upstairs: 2 sitting areas
Downstairs: 2 living areas, 2 dining areas, 1 kitchen, 1 coffee/bar station
Outside: Front porch, pool area, garage
GATED COMMUNITY
The House of Suites is in a private gated community with a guard at the gate 24/7 checking IDs. The driver must have a valid ID and it must match the name on the reservation.
PARKING
The maximum amount of cars that can be parked in the driveway at any point in time is 4. The cars must bed pulled in tight and snug not blocking the sidewalk. Vehicles parked in the grass, on the road, or belonging to guests not registered will be towed and the vehicle owner’s expense.
VIDEO SURVEILLANCE
Outside, the driveway, front door, and pool equipment are all under video surveillance.
