SAFETY
The home is protected by video surveillance at the main entrances outside of the home as well as one inside the home front door. Contact the host if you have any concerns or questions and would like further explanation.
With the except of the walk-in closet in the master bedroom, the office area (both locked), the fireplace in main living room, and the boat/boat lift, the entire space is included in this rental. Please, make yourself at home.
We may use the dock for fishing or hanging out. The lower side of the dock is beginning to wear. Please use caution when you walk.

Quiet boating community in the hidden gem area of Apollo Beach just south of Tampa.
You can park in the garage or in the driveway. Do not park or drive in the grass as you may damage sprinkler heads.

Driveway contains a moderate slope. Be sure you use your parking break.
Its important to note that although we are located within a 50 mile radius of Tampa, St. Pete, Brandon and Clearwater, please make sure you account for traffic when heading to any schedule events.

Zen Oasis facilities were great. The location was wonderful for walking. We felt very safe there.
The owners provided everything one could possibly need for an enjoyable stay. The only thing missing that we would have liked is a rack to hang clothes in the master suite.

There are so many outstanding things about this home to highlight, but ONE THING IS FOR SURE, this home is not like the others we’ve rented. The typical practice when you first check-in to a rental property is you receive the standard one roll of paper towels & toilet paper, travel sizes of dish soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, hand soap, etc. This is not the case with the Zen Oasis. All of these things are supplied for the duration of your stay on top of providing a water cooler. No need to purchase cases upon cases of bottled water. In addition, they provide spices & oils for cooking. It’s amazing not to have to purchase all these things and then try to travel back home with them. The home itself is lovely, clean, and so cozy. It’s located in a good neighborhood. We enjoyed the home, heated saltwater pool (no chlorine), covered patio, and grill so much that we ended up spending a great deal of time in the home. The ambiance outside is so comfortable for dining and relaxing with two fire-pit tables and an outdoor TV. The quality of the mattresses & pillows will not disappoint. The master suite is super nice with a luxury bathroom. Everyone loved the coffee bar which goes well with the perfect sunrises over the canal. There’s instructions everywhere, and Kari & Dee are the perfect hosts. If you have a question or need assistance, they will provide help in a timely manner. We also enjoyed exploring Apollo Beach. There are some fun restaurants and shops; the manatees were a great visit; and Apollo Beach is close and very relaxing. One of our favorite food places was a pizza food truck, Fox Fired Pizza in Brandon, FL (22 minutes from the house). Here’s a link: https://foxfiredpizza.com/
